Booking Terms & Payments
In order to confirm your reservation with us, we take a 25% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking on our website. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. If you make a booking less than 8 weeks in advance of your stay, full payment is due at the time of booking.
Please note that bookings made through on-line travel agents may be subject to differing terms and conditions. We would encourage you to book directly with us using the reservation system on our website.
Cancellations and Refunds
Rustic Country Retreats is an independent family business so cancellations can have a big impact on us. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds if you cancel your booking.
Any changes to your booking must be made four weeks prior to your stay, subject to availability.
Loss and Damages
We do not accept liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees whilst acting in the course of their employment. Please take care when staying in our properties. You are responsible and liable for any damages which are caused to the accommodation or its contents. If after checkout we find it necessary to charge you for damage to the property or furnishings, we will notify you and take payment through the payment method you used for your booking.
Access and Keys
You will be provided with a code for the keylock to your property via email approximately 7 days before your arrival. Please take care of the keys during your stay.
Lost keys will be charged at £10.00 per set.
We regularly change the keylock codes for security.
Late Check-out
We request that you check-out promptly at 10am to allow time for cleaning before the next guests. If you check-out late, you will be charged.
Farm Shop Terms & Conditions
Delivery
All goods purchased before 4pm will be delivered to your hut the same day. If you order after 4pm, we will deliver the following day.
Purchases and Refunds
All goods purchased from the online shop are non-refundable. If you do not use all of the wood, kindling or any other items purchased, we cannot offer any part refunds. If you are unhappy with any of the goods purchased, please inform us immediately so we can help rectify the matter during your stay.
Bike and Boat Hire
We do not accept liability for any injury to you or any member of your party. Please take care of the bikes and keep locked when not in use. You are responsible and liable for any damages or losses to the bicycles or boat which are sustained during the hire period and will be charged accordingly through the payment method used for booking.
